On the school run I found....

A sbtx. So I abandoned ds (6) (don't worry, someone said they'd take him into school for me Grin) and ended up taking him home because my DH is working from home and could deal with him more easily. No id tag - just hope he's chipped.

So, if anyone is from the Burley Part of Leeds and has lost a lovely, young male sbtx, quite small, mainly white, wall eye and partially docked tail, lovely temperament, he's been found.

what is a sbtx? something terrier cross?

LordOfTheFlies · 24/11/2011 18:13

I'm guessing Staffordshire Bull Terrier Cross.

mistle, hope he is chipped and his owner is found... otherwise that will be another STB X in care. Sad

Unless you and DH decide to 'foster' him for a while.

Have you checked dogs lost? And had him scanned for a microchip?

9 times out of ten when we find a dog a walk around the nearest park soon unearths a frantic dog owner with an empty leash and sore throat.

We live opposite the gate they all seem to like to dart out of Hmm

Dooin - apparently, according to the school girls who commented when I'd caught him, he'd already followed them a couple of miles.

The dog warden came and scanned him and he was chipped so I'm hoping that he'll have been reunited given the good condition he was in and lovely temperament he had.

Our old lady (11yo rescued mutt) definitely thought we were most unreasonable having something with that much energy and bounce in the house.

I am doing emergency foster care this weekend and have a stunner in my house along with my 2 GSDs. He is a young thing, but luckily for me so are my 2. But it is like having 3 teens in the house! I do like a challenge...
