What to wear at this time of year?

What do you/your dog wear to be warm & stay seen? And where did you get it from? Nearly got mown down by a cylcist on the towpath in the gloom and realised we need to kit ourselves out!

I have reflective collars and little blinking lights for the dogs collars.
For me I have a fluorescent vest that I can put on over my jacket and I always carry a torch. Smile

I always end up roasting because of my waterproofs though.....

i wear an old but very warm WHITE down coat I got in Gap sale many moons ago. It washes and tumbles so I don't care about it and it does help me be seen. Most of my walking is across the moors though and rarely walk on roads. My dd is made to wear a reflective 'vest' which she hates - was £1 from poundland! Torch is a good idea esp with all this mist and fog.
