What can I do with unused dog tablets?

I have had to have my darling old boy put to sleep Sad x a million. I have around £50.00 of various heart tablets left and I can't give them back to the vets as I got them from the internet, is there a rescue that might be able to make some use of them, I don't want to just chuck them away.

I'm really sorry about your darling pet, its so heartbreaking, how thoughtful of you too see if you can help some other dogs at this really sad time.

Regarding the tablets, Try Nowzad, they're a fantastic charity that bring home dogs for soldiers from Afghanistan when the soldiers have adopted them and want to bring them home. They are also working on educating the people out there as well. They are always in need of meds, even slightly out of date ones, and any flea treatments or wormers as well.
The charities headquarters are based in the uk, an ex marine set up the charity after bringing his own dog back, so postage is only to a Plymouth address.
See their website on what they do. Www.nowzad.com or .co.uk I can't remember which this morning.
