strange behaviour in lovely dog

hi, my lovely 12yr old jack russell bitch has started had about 4 wee accidents in the last 2 days, 1 on the kitchen floor, 1 in my bedroom ,last one in ds bedroom on his bed. This hasnt happened before, she is also really agressive with jr dog - same age. wots going on? any hints we are taking her to the vets tomorrow in case she isnt well.
We havent had any aggression issues before, tho she does let the dog kow who is boss as ladies do... help please

Maybe she is just feeling a bit poorly and is being irritated by the other dog?
I know when we don't feel well we can be a bit snappy.
Has she been drinking more than normal? Maybe she has a urine/bladder infection that is causing her to have the accidents?

Try to get a sample of clean urine (I know, easier said than done, especially with a small dog!). Your vet can check it for an infection. If all clear it could be age related incontinence (more likely in spayed bitches), but there are two different types of drus you can use to control this - one of them usually gets the job done.

The aggression may be a separate issue or it may be that she has a hormonal imbalance that is causing both. I am sure your vet will be able to advise further so you're doing the best thing really taking her in.

ahh thanks everyone, anal glands squeezed and antibiotics for a urine infection. the vet said she may be grumpy as shes unwell ... poor thing.
