Trevor gave us a heads up last week at the seminar that this was coming out. It's quite a thorough and useful overview of the issues concerned. Interestingly, at the seminar the participants were all either vets, police, dog wardens, EHOs, rescue peeps, or big charity reps such as RSPCA etc.- not one thought the Act made any of us safer, protected members of the public or did anything to prevent some of the issues we are now seeing.

What's positive about this article is that it gets it out there to a wider public that the current law is deeply flawed and that it can and does affect all dog owners, irrespective of breed. But yes, it's hardly cutting edge stuff! Grin
