Bloody hell! Why is Harley such a muppet?

He has managed to get a fish hook in his lip! I imagine when DD and her mate were walking him along he canal and he found something to chew. Not hurting him but what do we do? Vet? Urgently or can it wait until tomorrow?

In the last 10 weeks since we'd had him he has had:

1 Eye infection (probably from sand in the eye)

1. Splinter in his pad causing him to chew it like a beast possessed.
2. And now the fish hook?

Are all dogs so accident prone or is he just particularly unlucky?

i hope you took him to the vet. only just seen this.

He is a muppet because he's a dog! 3 things in 10 weeks isn't too bad actually!

Yes, we took him. We left until saturday morning as the vet was shut. I rang at first knockings on saturday and then went to find Harley - the fish hook had fallen out . But we took him anyway to check all was well. He has some antibiotics in case.

And then he split a claw..... argggggghh!!!! That seems a lot better now though - no more limping.
