Honestly!

What gets me is how this can go unchallenged! Why the fuck didn't anyone call the RSPCA there and then and get someone out immediately, as soon as they saw this man selling those poor dogs at a boot sale?

Or maybe they did but maybe the RSPCA were too busy shooting more German Shepherds with captive bolt guns and threating more rescues with legal action for making that knowledge public. :(

I know, it is truly awful. This is a chance for the RSPCA to take a small step towards rebuilding their reputation, assuming they stop using those guns. :( Doubt they will get him though :(
