Our golden retriever is 10 months old and he barks a lot. Neighbours have told us they are going to the dog warden to have him sort Gresley out. We've tried various things from books to try and make him stop barking but nothing seems to work.
He is always awake at about 6am so we let him out. He does a wee etc and then will start barking. We've stood there with the door open and he still barks. We think that maybe someone is going out to work and that's what he is barking at.
What can we do to get him to be quiet? DP has to go to work tomorrow for 5 weeks so if there is something fairly easy it would be great.
