Lovely dog boarding in/near London

Hi there, I have a much loved 15 year old border collie cross. We are currently planning our summer holiday and it may be that we have to leave her behind this year for 2 weeks. We've always managed to take her with us before. Is anyone able to recommend a really good dog boarder in or near London? I wouldn't want her on her own in kennels all day. Although she is very calm and happy to snooze on her own for large parts of the day, she would do best with someone who would be around a lot to keep her company. She is in good health for her age and would also like regular walks, in between the snoozes :). Any recommendations much appreciated! I am in North London but happy to travel if needed.

I've booked a dog boarding place for my dog. He will be staying with a lady who has 2 very well behaved dogs of her own and I know she spends a lot of time with the dogs and takes them on lots of walks. I'll send you a message with her website so you can see for yourself what she offers.

I'm not sure how much boarding she does, but there is no harm in contacting her.

I live in Muswell Hill and our local pet shop (Broadway Pets) and vets (Abbeyvet & Medivet) have adverts for dog walkers and boarders. I'm sure they could put you in touch with someone.

I posted offering dog sitting a few weeks ago. If interested we are in hertz and have fostered for dog rescue charity.
