We have two Cinnamon Trust foster dogs. They are our dogs now but the Cinnamon trust keep in touch and pay vet bills. We pay for everything else, food, kennels when we're away and vaccinations (these aren't covered). It's worked out well for us and my beautiful lurchers are my pride and joy Grin.

I walked them for about four years before their owner passed away and so knew them well. It's also possible to do a short term foster arrangement with them.

Most of the greyhound charities are crying out for fosters, and they are generally lovely lovely dogs. Most people who foster end up with at least one of their own, and often continue to foster too!

Try Scottish greyhound santuary or greyhound Awareness league.

yes - go for it!! If you are able to foster you would be helping some very needy dogs!!
