I'd like to pass on the message I've received from the owner of Lancashire GSD Rescue, Ted Kewley. :)

"HI Ladies

Teeth and Gums have settled well and in himself he his eating well, gaining 2.5kg all in all he his a happy old boy for his age in good hip condition. He will continue to be on pain relief for a few more days but he and bonnie are doing very well, Bonnie not loseing weight but she is getting fitter enjoying her Runs on the field bossing the pack,
the support from you all reflects there mood in me I,m happy too, for which i thank you all for the support to bonnie & clyde,
thank you"

"I have a sore throat from saying "No Frank!" and my parrot now says "No Frank!". "

:o

For some dogs, IME, humping does indeed become a habit. Your vet seems to be well on top of the problem (forgive the pun!).

The young lady with the white Shep had just called me about Grace so I knew of your good news by the time I got here and was about to ask after you all. Apparently Frank is lovely and, the lady says, so are you and your family. :)

Now it's time to find Grace a place in rescue.

Grin /lol at both posts! Love the parrot, love Val's pun!

Thank you, goodness your kindness is appreciated.

I second what you've said to those thinking of getting a dog and, if it helps, am happy to find rescue to further assess Grace and to offer full back up and support before a family takes her on. I'd have her here to do so but sadly, like you OBWNB, I have cats.

If anyone is in the least willing to consider offering Grace a home, please talk to me and I will work with you to give you all the help, reassurance and support that you need.
