Hi there, there is a very nice and quite funny column written by Melanie Reid in her Spinal Column in today's Saturday Times magazine. She had broken a neck over a year ago and, now back home, is thinking of (re)training her rescue staffie......

I thought that some of you might enjoy this - sorry, can't do link as I only have the printed paper.

I didn't like the bit about her dog killing next door's cat or being beaten for chasing sheep. But otherwise, yes, you really got the feeling this is a much loved dog

Yes, the killing of the neighbour's cat was a wee bit unfortunate.....
