can anyone identify worms?

Yesterday morning i noticed 3 "worms" in my dogs' water bowl in their outside pen. They were about an inch to an inch and a half long, about 5mm in diameter and almost translucent. I didn't think too much of it as i assumed they were just garden creatures that had crawled into the water bowl overnight. However, this evening when I was scooping the poo I found more of these "worms" under a pile of poo. There were over half a dozen this time.

Are these worms that have come out of one of the dogs? Or are they just creatures from the garden who enjoy eating my dogs' poo?

Any help would be appreciated, as neither of my dogs have ever had worms before. They've always been treated with the Drontal stuff, but we missed the last treatment! (I only remembered this when I saw the worms in the pen tonight)

Thanks in advance

Sounds like round worms. They look like noodles. More drontal asap!

These were a big "chunkier" than noodles but i can't tink what else they'd be. Will just using drontal cure the problem or is a visit to the vets in order? would have to take both dogs as don't know which one has them!
