Experiences of this dog product company please?

Just about to buy huge amounts of 'stuff' for our puppy-to-be and come across an internet company that seems to stock most of the big stuff we need - like crate, bed, crate divider, puppy playpen etc etc.

I wanted to check here first if anyone has had expereince - good or bad - with this company? It's called Cages Direct:

We bought our car crate and puppy pen from them and have been very happy with them.

We have :
LARGE - PRO DELUXE SLOPING DOG CAGE

and

XL - FOLDING DOG PEN - GOLD

We may think about replacing the car crate soon but that is only because we underestimated how big a crate we would need. Rory is huge at 9 months and already looks a bit cramped.
