Hi,

My nan has this morning been taken to hospital with a suspected stroke and we need to find someone to take csre of her dog for a few days.
Is there any organisations that help out with this? Thanks

Yes, the Cinnamon Trust is there just for this reason.

If you can't get any help from them please pm me and tell me where the dog is at the moment, it's sex, age, breed and temperament and so on and I'll do my best to find you a rescue, boarding kennels or carer who can help.

This isn't really an area for normal dog rescue foster carers as they are normally tied up with dogs which would otherwise be put to sleep as unwanted but occasionally rescue does get involved in this sort of thing - I found a month's care for a pair of Staffs recently as a result of the owner's temporary incapacitation.

Will do my best, am an independent rescuer so I have a fair few contact but I hope it doesn't cvome to that and that the Cinnamon Trust can resolve the problem.

VAlhalla is definitely your lady, but if you want to post where abouts the dog is, breed, temperament etc then maybe someone local could help out.

Hope your Nan is on the mend soon.
