Sooo, how does this work exactly, i have tried google but its throwing BARF food at me and i thought i could just feed raw food. Is that something different i wonder? Is it RAW im after and Ive got very confused?

Trying to find a better diet for my Reggie (SBT) but on a budget, told this could be the way forward as he is also a very smelly dog Blush

Help me Mumsnetters!

here I had a thread about this a while ago. Some of the links were really helpful.

I am feeding a mix of BARF and Nature Diet trays atm, due to lack of freezer space for a full BARF diet.

When I was doing all BARF they would get chicken wings and/or goats milk for breakfast. Raw minced meat or tripe with blended veggies for supper. Twice a week they would get a raw meaty bone for breakfast and once a week they had tinned pilchards and sardines and boiled rice for supper.

is the nature tray stuff raw too?

Would it be possible to feed a dog on nature trays and chicken wings only? Not much freezer space here either.
Or would that not be worth it, ie stick as i am on complete dry?
