Dog Licking Her Bed - Why?

Our dog (about 6 years' old; English foxhound; neutered bitch) has recently taken to licking the inside of her bed. Any ideas why this would be, please? She seems happy and healthy, but perhaps she's anxious about something.

Nothing has changed at home, unless she's picking up on something that I'm not!

Sorry I've got no answers just joining in.... But it's been baffling me too (confused)

One of my dogs has a thing for my dressing gown, i'm guessing that i might have breakfast down it i have no idea why . He licks it all the time.

MY other tramp dog just licks everything else!

I don't have any answers either, the dogs are just strange!
