i have had one of the shittiest days on record and the only things that have brought a smile to my face are my children and my dog. but this is a thank you to my dog. i just need to look at him and i feel better. if i could bottle the feeling he gives me i would be a millionaire. the fact that it is on par with how my children make me feel really says something. i love him to pieces and he will never know how much his prescence means to me. i only hope he feels the same about me.

thank you WB, keep up the good work. Smile

Hey Boo - I've seen you on some other threads. I'm sorry you've had a lousy day - anything you want to offload?

Animals are great though - I don't have a dog but I go and give the rabbits a cuddle when I feel down.

Glad to hear WB is able to brighten your day. Dogs have a wonderful habit of being able to do that.

This evening, I was laying down watching tv and teddy walked up to me and pressed his nose to my cheek as if he was giving me a kiss. He is such a lovely, sweet dog Smile

Aw, dogs are ace aren't they :) I love my girl and she gives me so much in return. She's currently curled up snoring on her new bed, but she's normally found squashing me!

sorry i am only getting back to this now. it moved way down on my threads i'm on list so i didn't know it had replies.

thanks vanilla, i am feeling better now. i got out and about yesterday and even had a last minute night out and i feel so much better for it.

but yes WB (and my cats) bring so much to me. all he has to do is look at me and i can forget what has been bothering me. pets really are therapy. except when you wake up and find they have eaten the heel off the shoes you flung in the corner last night Angry that wasn't very therapeutic! Grin
