Any recommendation (or places to avoid) for dog boarding in Surrey area .

It will be first time away from us

Suggest you register on BigGSDs forum and either post there or pm the owner of Vigil Rescue, who is also the owner/admin of the forum. He (John) is in Surrey and will doubtless know who to use and who to avoid.

Another one to try, if you have no luck here, is the DogPages forum - lots of rescuers etc there, so real doggy people who can advise.
