You can look up here for practices near to your postcode and there is some information about accreditation with the RCVS practice standards scheme which should give you some reassurance on the standards of the clinics. The top standard you are going to find anywhere would be a clinic with the word "hospital" in their name as only clinics meeting very detailed and high standards of equipment, staffing and care will be allowed to use this title in their practice name.
