Our Thornton is now 7 months and his bark is still very high pitched and goes right though you, never horrible. Will it ever get better? What if I get him snipped will this make it worse or better?

Ralph barks like Thornton. Tom has a deeper bark. its very easy to tell them apart from their barks.

The bark I cannot stand is a belguin shepherds I am sure it makes my brain rattle.

Getting him snipped will make no difference to his bark (maybe it will go even higher only joking!)

I don't think it will change much after 7 months but dogs always surprise me

I have a dog with one of those salami-slicing barks, too.
