They moved in recently and their two dogs seem to be outside all the time. One in particular has barked constantly ALL day today :( (I work from home) It sounds quite distressed and the owners seem to be in and completely ignoring it.
The houses are all very close together and we have had a lot of issues with dog barking in the past but lately it hasn't been so bad.
I have a feeling of dread, I just needed a rant more than anything.
I have two dogs and of course they are far from perfect but if they do bark excessively when outside then they are brought straight back in. I just can't see the reason for this dog being left oustide for so long when it's so clearly not happy!
ARGGGH.
