Sorry I wasn't here @Mummaluma but I see you have sorted yourself out.

I'm thinking a Punjabi breakfast is in order this morning so various parantha (potato, cauliflower and spinich), puris dhosas and of course indian tea with cardamon.

Florence is experimenting with jelabis and Fernando is using Indian whisky to make cocktails.

Ooh a potato paratha and a masala chai would be lovely. Extra sweet please.

Well there is a lot of Punjabi food left over so I'm going to warm the breads and make a bubble and squeak from the left over vegis.

Florence is making croisants and Fernando is chai cocktails.

Good morning, or good evening since I haven’t slept yet. I’ll skip coffee as I’m hoping to get some sleep, but I wouldn’t mind some musli that my Swiss friend used to make. I can’t remember it exactly but there were oats, yogurt and grated apple as a base. Perhaps Florence could work her magic and make it just right?

@BlackAmericanoNoSugar Musli is not a problem. I know it should be mixed with yoghurt not eten like cereal, I'll put out some ham and cheese to go with it.

Florence is making Bündner Nusstorte AKA a Swiss walnut cake and Fernando is making nutty cocktails to go with it.

@ScottBakula I'll pop some cake next to you for when you wake up.

OK for breakfast today I think we will head to Uruguay.

Café con leche, bizcochos and sandwich caliente are the staples but Florence is adding some French pastries and Fernando is making a mate cocktail.

Its ok , they are cute enough to get away with it 😀

Toast and marmite for you @ScottBakula in fact I'll make a range of toasted breads today, Florence can make the more exotic breads and Fernando can try to make cocktails with things that go on toast, so jam, marmalade, not sure about the marmite.

Thank you @sashh , that's just what I needed.

A cocktail that works is a table spoon of Duerrs thick cut Marmalade added to a bottle of Jamesons , this is left to stand for a few days then served neat over ice with a thin peel of orange .

The Marmalade shred at the bottom of the bottle is the landlords perk or can be added to fruit cake or icecream

I love all things marmite but I think your right a cocktail may be pushing it a bit far !

Not sure I could add marmalade to whiskey.

Well I think a trip to Batley is in order. Not just to Batly but to Foxes biscuits so I'm basing breakfast on tea and biscuits,

Florence is making bagettes with a choice of fillings if you want something more substantial, Fernando is basing the cocktails on biscuits so ginger, chocolate and custard.

When my carer comes round I often tell him what's going on in the cafe, he thinks the bumblecats get a raw deal.

So I had a T shirt printed for him.
