Dont have much hope, but tv at the moment is really bad.

Just hope its not a cheesy as Eve Myles Welsh nonsense!

Well I watched the first episode last night and was a bit confused as to what they are trying to do.

Be a bit gritty?

Make Eve Myles a dull brunette wearing big clumsy jumpers so no one can think she is anything like Faith!

I want say much more but it seems if you want to watch in one go all episodes now available.

If you look at the link I posted at the top the web page says which channel Alibi is on Sky, Virgin, BT and Talk Talk.

I think it is also part of UKTV (a forerunner of BritBox) and they sometimes have catch up. uktvplay.uktv.co.uk/

There have been a lot of quite good new thrillers on Alibi over the past few months. Some imports and some new UK series.

I didn't set out to be but have been something of a PR for Alibi on telly addicts as I first noticed it because it repeated some old favourties.

I watched 3 episodes this evening, enjoying it so far.
I heard it was by the producers of Luther which was one of the reasons I wanted to see it but it's very different.
A mix of actors that I've never seen or heard of and some familiar faces.

Watched episode 1 and am intrigued enough to watch more.

Is it my TV or is the clarity of the photography lacking in sharpness compared to dramas produced by, for example, BBC?

@rosegoldwatcher what are you watching it on sky , virgin tv? I think they have HD version on virgin.

I'm really upset my tv package does not have Alibi, I have to add 50 channels for an extra 40 quid argh 😤

@ElectricTonight - I was watching it from On Demand on my little tv upstairs. Things might be clearer on the downstairs tv.

We have Virgin - I have now found the Alibi HD channel - so could watch it on that, one week at a time, or suffer the less clear picture and binge!

Have watched episode 2 and still not totally convincec. But since someone upthread mentioned has the same writer as Luther that probably explains it. I thought Luther was pathetic! Hate those plots where some woman is supposed to be the source of evil but through feminine charms gets men to do her dirty work!!

I thought this series was brilliant!
I loved the characters and even the not so good people were fascinating characters. And their relationships were fascinating.
Hermione Corfield is such a good actress.
Hope they'll put series 2 on soon
