Sharon Glass (Cagney of Cagney + Lacy)

Watched 'Burn Notice' and following the show they had a couple of characters being interviewed.

Had to admit that it was clearly Sharon Gless when interviewed, but as the Mom in the series really she had me fooled.

OK, she is probably wearing padding as she plays a beer drinking (almost) chain smoking character, but given she is in her mid-60s now, she still looks great.

I didn't know she was born in '43 when she was in Cagney and Lacy back in the 80s, and then she looked (to me) at least 10 years younger than she was. Maybe I'm just gullible or her earnings have gone on a personal trainer and time at the gym but she still looks stunning for her age.

Sorry, just that I was genuinely shocked. I found the pathologist in CSI: Miami is over 50 and she's stunning too.

She was the epitome of style and glamour when she was in Cagney and Lacey. I was a youngster at the time.

I was only in my twenties, so she was 'hot stuff' (though as she was in her 40s, it might have been frowned upon if I had known - rather like finding a past school friend's mother something of a turn on)

Have to admit the nice curves of 'Lacy' got me going more than 'Cagney' (perhaps just too blonde {ooops!})

(Also the fact she appeared the underdog quite a lot of the time, compared with Cagney. Maybe it was that she was more reliable, family person, than the somewhat glam Cagney...)

Ohhh I always had a thing for Lacy and I learned to play that on my saxophone.

Loved Lacy in the Dirty Harry sequel as the rookie female cop.

To me they were Christine and Mary-Beth.

I thought Christine was beautiful. Ans my Mum's name is Christine which I liked.
