Do you have a portable tv? Can you suddenly develop stomach cramps and have to sit ont he bog with the tv? (oh and lappy)

Bit better thanks, went out today, had appraisal at ChildLine and I survived talking through that. Still got a feast ice cream in the fridge for a bit later though just to you know, help the healing process
