would you wear a big dress on your second wedding?

especially if you're of a certain age. all these women on the step kids program - are they still living out fairy tale dreams? I wouldn't wear some of those dresses for my first wedding if I was doing it now at the grand age of 34

I've had a second wedding, and I wore a gorgeous white wedding dress (but I am only 22! - don't ask)

My first wedding dress came from a charity shop, this time I went the whole hog.

Yes, but isn't one of them marrying a guy who's been married 3 times before? So she's clearly utterly deluded anyway

I didn't wear a big dress for my first wedding so yes, if I did it again, I'd go the whole hog and go as a giant meringue.

I don't see that there's any harm in it really - if it makes them happy.

I was 6 months pregnant on my wedding day and got married in Chelsea town hall in maternity wear and really cheap New Look shoes so yes I would - but not white. I have always hankered after that huge red dress Paula Yates had when she married Sir Bob - ooh does that make me trashy and sad??

ok I shouldn't be judgemental, I think it was the women, rather than the dresses. they all just struck me as very immature in handling themselves and their stepkids. but I only saw about 10 minutes so maybe I should shut up

I only got about 30 mins of it but ooh yes, weren't they all awful! And my dear, the dresses! The hats! Real car-crash TV - much better than big brother.
