Is she? I've seen her breastfeeding Kamil

Can someone fill me in on the Pentescostal Pastor please (can't remember his name). Has he killed someone and buried them under the tree in the square? And what's happened to his dog? I have recently returned to Albert Square after about eight years away - I can follow most of it pretty well, but this has got me stumped.

Ah, Pentecostal Pastor murdered Owen (Denise's exh and Libby's dad) on the day he and Denise got married. He then (highly implausibly) stowed the body in the boot of Phil's car (which he had borrowed) and then (even more implausibly) managed to drag the body from the car (which was parked outside the Vic at the time) to the garden in the middle of the square and bury the body in a large hole which had been dug in preparation for the planting of Trina's Memorial Tree. He did all this without being spotted by the 87497 people in the Vic at the time and without getting a spot of dirt or sweat on his white shirt

As for the dog, he chucked it in the canal (I think). I don't know why though. Bloodlust?

LillianGish · 03/03/2010 19:00

Thank you so much! Isn't MN marvellous?

sungirltanhasanactualhairstyle · 03/03/2010 19:01

he drowned sugar because she kept sniffing around trina's tree and hes worried she will dig up owen

sugartits · 03/03/2010 19:02

Tanya has gone - who knows where, but away from Max with the girls. She went once she found out that he'd been ripping off his clients taking the premiums they thought they were paying for insurance.

Lucas (pastor) killed Trina the mother of his son, but got away with it because she was a known adict. Whatshername's(his wife) ex Owen was suspicious and so Lucas killed him and put the body in the square where the dog keeps attempting to dig. Owen's Mum hasn't heard from him and is looking for him. What else has she been in?

Molesworth · 03/03/2010 19:02

Ah! Thanks sungirl. I was most about the motive for the dog murder.

CheeeseOnToast · 03/03/2010 19:08

Also hasn't Tanya had a baby in real life? Hence her absence - i'm sure she'd have come back with the girls after Bradders died as she was a compassionate character. Unless she'll be back for the funeral? hmm..

cookielove · 03/03/2010 19:10

did we actually see him kill the dog, cause people at work are saying it was implied?

He took the dog to the canal then saw Whitney and Billy on the opposite bank. We didn't see the dog die.

leavingonajetplane · 03/03/2010 19:28

Owens mum was in the Bill Sugartits but that obviously applies to everyone. it was annoying me enough i looked her up and to my chagrin, i recognise her from family affairs

QOD · 03/03/2010 19:38

At the mo it seems like every episode starts with something random! It ends then starts with something unrelated - like the Whitney scenario, I keep checking my sky + to make sure I am watching the right one, it's really disjointed.

confuddledDOTcom · 03/03/2010 19:43

She was bottlefeeding last night. I didn't see much of it last week, going to try and get some time to watch the omnibus.

LillianGish · 03/03/2010 19:55

She wants to go back to work and her husband to look after the baby.

Casmama · 03/03/2010 21:48

She could be feeding bottles of ebm and I think "tanya" had twins in real life.

confuddledDOTcom · 03/03/2010 22:55

I'm not going on a BF rant by saying it. It just seems odd that the family are played out as being so devout and yet they had her bottle feeding.

Blondeshavemorefun · 04/03/2010 12:57

yes tanya had twins in real life, ivf, she is due to come back soon

i dont care if baby gets bf or bottle

i do care if sugar is dead or not?

confuddledDOTcom · 04/03/2010 13:43

"I'm not going on a BF rant by saying it."

Eastenders (and a lot of soaps) always quote that they're keeping with the nature of the character by bottle feeding - this is out of character. I'm just picking up on an inconsistency with their storylines.
