Holby/Casualty. Can someone please explain

I follow Holby, but not Casualty.

Once in a while they do that weird 'lets merge the two programmes to confuddle BendyBob and other confused old people' thing. One time they merged it with a police programme.

I mean what's going on?? I'm clearly the only one in the whole UK who doesn't get it. Is Casualty party of Holby hospital. I think it must be and no-one told me.

It's all wrong and upsets my brain.

I too stopped watching when my murderous feelings for Faye overspilled into real life. Must take it up again. Yelling at the TV every week used to be such fun.

Of course- at poor memory syndrome...I was getting her mixed up with the other blonde woman (very thin lips, obviously not been to the Patsy Kensit school of booty therapy) whose father was euthansed by an Irish nurse called Kath.

I could have sworn there was another midwife other than Micki -hold on a moment -

There was Ben, the gay mw and Lisa, her wot was in This Life (who, according to IDMB, has done no TV/film work since Holby).

Ah, yes, Ben (who I always got mixed up with Sam, the gay nurse in Casualty)Died, as one tends to on a hospital drama....in a carcrash? With another male nurse, who seemed to be recovering but had a pulmonary embolism?

There was also Rosie the midwife, got pregnant with Mubs and then disappeared because she lost the baby (suprise!) and their relationship couldn't cope?

Was Jess Griffin a midwife or nurse?

Also characters played by Nicola Stephenson & Angela Griffiths-were they in Holby?

I usually only watch casualty, not Holby, but I was going to watch this week just to find out what is happening to poor old Charlie. Then we lost all our TV and internet all afternoon and evening, typical!. Will have to watch it on iplayer now.

The lovely Nick Jordan had an operation on his brain tumour. Zoe faked his signature on the consent form while he was unconscious because it was risky and he didn't want to end up mentally impaired. He has sort of forgiven Zoe (enough to not report her anyway) but there is still friction between them. Plus he did help her when she accidently slept with an underage schoolboy who stole a memory stick with hospital information on in order to blackmail her. What a complicated life ol' Zoe leads!

Well I just watched Holby on iplayer and remembered why I stopped watching it years ago. What a bunch of miserable whingers! And I notice Rick Griffin is still a git. S'pose I'd better watch tonight's too if it's special but I refuse to get drawn in .
