Now DP is moaning that top gear is not on bbc HD until 10.30 so we have to watch it in 'crappovision'. Why don't the BBC have proper HD versions of all their channels?

I'm done with X factor this year, really can't stomach Ollie or Stace thus won't be watching the final - best of luck to pretty boy Joe, the only one left who actually deserves to be there.
My fondest X factor moment this year was watching Whitney perform stoned off her rocker dissing Dermot. I love a bit of rule breaking.

My favourite moment tonight was the brief glimpse of Chavvy Chezza taking her chewing gum out as she came backstage. Class.

somehow I didn't really click with Danyl in the beginning but I never understood why. I think he belongs on the stage though, he can sing, he can move, he is confident up there. Maybe a teeny popstar idol type thing is not really what he is but I could still imagine him having a very successful stage or performing career of some type. He could be a very strong member of a band. I like him in the group songs they do on elimination nights. I could also see him in musicals tbh and I don't mean that in a derogatory way. I could really see him swashbuckling about as a musketeer for intance and I bet he'd do a blast of a performance.

Anyway, I hope it was enjoyable for him backstage because he got a helluva lot of flack from the media and the public. Was all a bit too much for me in the end, so I imagine it was grim for him.

According to DigitalSpy, the duets are supposedly going to be Olly/Robbie Williams, Joe/George Michael and Stacey/Michael Buble. Me thinks Stacey has drawn the short straw there (no offence to Michael Buble, but she was rumoured to be dueting with Coldplay!!).

Watched Dermot presenting Buzzcocks the other day, loved how he was saying he would ask the twins how they were after the show (as in coping with bad comments) and they would just bounce about having seen the sugababes or someone I miss the twins....

I have just heard George.M and Paul.M are performing in the final, so I may have to eat my words and suffer watching this bloody circus once again...ggrr...
