I cant wait

OP posts:
Rialentless · 18/11/2009 20:50

what happened there? I thought this was a live trial?

kanga, sorry if I'm being dim, but what do the sums mean?

RTKangaMummy · 18/11/2009 20:54

the next one is live

The numbers are just my way of bumping while watching TV and not looking at keyboard or monitor

Rialentless · 18/11/2009 21:05

my mum says Camilla has the look of a pregnant person

missed last night so didn't know what was happening with the trial.

How many times does KP have to say she's changed or a different person?

Rialentless · 18/11/2009 21:27

do you think she might be regretting it yet?

TheFoosa · 18/11/2009 21:32

I do feel a bit sorry for her (only a bit though)

anniebear · 18/11/2009 21:32

I think if People didnt know Katie P very well, and just saw her now on the programme, would actually think she was ok.

Think she is coming across ok up to now,

I didnt think she would

anniebear · 18/11/2009 21:36

Im taking deep breaths with her lol lol

Rialentless · 18/11/2009 21:42

oh gawd, I'll be voming with her

DH wants me to mention that the crocs had their jaws tied.

stainesmassif · 18/11/2009 21:42

it's making me really uncomfortable seeing her tortured on tv for our entertainment.

glasjam · 18/11/2009 22:03

Of FFS it's like the crucifixion of Katie Price - yes she's Joan of Arc being burnt at the stake. What is she like? All the other celebs must feel like such lemons sitting there while she's "taking" all this. It makes for very uncomfortable viewing.

It's par for the course for her - she's made her living out of degrading herself.

Be lovely to show the kids when they're older though won't it

And already she seems to be getting our sympathy. I DO feel sorry for her but that doesn't make me like her any more than I do or don't already.

I am intrigued as to how this will all turn out.

Rialentless · 18/11/2009 22:08

she shouted to her kids didn't she? I hope they aren't watching.

Thing is, IMO, while it is not comfortable viewing (although, if she could pick a cockroach out of her cleavage in camp and eat it without flinching), she must have remembered the trials from last time when she signed up to do it again, and she must have had half an idea that some people dislike her enough to vote for her.

SixtyFootDoll · 18/11/2009 22:10

It is uncomfortable to watch, feels like bullying.
BUT she did know what she was signing up to. Can you really be paid enough to be humiliated like that on national TV?

pruneplus2 · 18/11/2009 22:22

I found tonights live trial with KP very uncomfortable viewing.

Yes, she signed up for it, yes she knew what was involved, yes she has made herself unpopular over the last year but surely that was not entertainment?

Though earlier in the show, I did particularly like the way she handled herself in Kim's unprovoked and unnecessary onslaught. Fair play to the girl.

Nancy66 · 18/11/2009 22:25

Every time you feel sorry for her remember that she will easily make another £1million out of this

SixtyFootDoll · 18/11/2009 22:27

I thought Kims comments were fair enough

carriedababi · 18/11/2009 22:36

i too found it v uncomfortable viewing, its like the old days when peopel used to get rotton fruit thrown at them

something barbaric and uncivalised about it

poor girl i really do feel sorry for her

she handled it well when kim told he what she thought, i hope she does well

but as dh says the fact its sponsered by iceland gives you an idea of the people that watch the show.

carriedababi · 18/11/2009 22:37

rta are you somehow involved in the show?

sincitylover · 18/11/2009 22:38

i wonder whteher camilla has an overative thyroid?

AnyFucker · 18/11/2009 22:42

I rather think Camilla has an eating disorder...

sincitylover · 18/11/2009 22:50

yes af you could be right. Something a bit odd there. The emphasis on not being enough food could be the lady doth protest IYKWIM

puffling · 18/11/2009 22:53

PJ and Duncan are unbearable autocue monkeys.

SixtyFootDoll · 18/11/2009 22:53

AF am surpirsed they let her go in being that thin

AnyFucker · 18/11/2009 22:56

all the signs are there

the over-reaction re not eating properly

painfully thin frame, sunken face

dry, lined, dehydrated skin

hair like straw

fucking car-crash in slow-motion, that one

horrible to see, tbh
