Is anyone watching this bizarre programme on ITV about 4 slebs who are going for a week to live with poor people?

WTF is the point of it? OK I'm mumsnetting at the saem time so not concentrating properly, but apart from being v. depressed about it all, I'm not actually sure what these slebs are supposed to be doing there? I missed the beginning, someone tell me what's with this?

I watched some of this but just ended up getting cross - why was the mum desperate to get the kid out of bed to sign on = he doesnt sign on he doesnt get his money - surely he will soon learn.

It was scarily depressing looking at the conditions the mum with 6 kids was living in - felt sorry for her

What's "Strictly Last Year"? Is that a programme about people who used to be famous and are no longer fashionable?
