The final is going to be moved to Sunday 7th June as there is bloody football - England v Andorra, I ask you! - on Wednesday 10th June when it should have been on. At least we get it earlier but it'll be weird watching on a Sunday.

Nick saved Lorraine last night. Mistake - Howard may have hidden his light under a bushel but he was actually the best businessperson on the show.

MM - superb work on "you're Fired".

Can't wait for next week. It may be my TV highlight of the year.

Wrong decision for Howard to go. What is it about Lorraine that makes SirAlan keep her??! Is it as simple as viewing figures as she is sooo annoying?

Only disappointment about Ben going last week was that he won't face next week's interviews. I'd have loved to have seen him taken down a peg or two (hundred)

Can someone explain this to me.
Both teams go in the boardroom. One team wins and goes off to their treat (which clearly doesn't happen immediately).

The losing team get in the car and go to the greasy Cafe. Then they come back. Go into the boardroonm. Go back out to fake reception. Come back in, and one gets fired.

Do they really go to the cafe right in the middle of all this? IS Sralan just chatting with M and N whislt they are supping tea? This bothers me irrationally. I think it's all in the editing.

Clarity please.

mrsm - for TV purposes you have to see the losers' reactions to what's happened. You also have to see Sralan and M&N having a chat. This is so you can compare what happens next and try to guess who is going to be the biggest bitch/who'll get fired. Hence the cafe scene.

In reality, none of this happens in this time frame (although it probably all does happen in the space of a few hours).

As for the winners, the chances are that they do the treat at some other time completely. Then it's all edited together.

In fact, the editors are the unsung heroes of The Apprentice. They make it what it is.
