They covered it well when the Trisha character was pg in real life. When she was supposedly in India is when she was on maternity leave. She came back before quitting to spend time with her kids. they covered her bump with objects etc before she had the baby.
She is married to a footballer so I bet the others are her mates and met their fellas that way.
