George goes and joins the Army to work as a trauma surgeon.
Everyone is shocked and tries to schedule an intervention.
Meanwhile, at Seattle Grace, Izzy comes through her op, marries Alex.
Meredith tells her she and crabmeat face are going to city hall to be married (guess there's no wait period in Washington state, I'll have to ask my pal from Portsmouth that when she's here next week ).
A victim comes into trauma. A male. Seems he threw himself in front of a bus to keep some dumb ass gal from getting hit (wtf kind of dope walks in front of a bus? Besides, doesn't Seattle have trams? Sorry, American on a tangent).
So there's the parellel: bus guy v. Izzy.
Izzy start to crash. She signed a DNR, which Christine points out (btw, from a legal standpoint, as a still-registered paralegal in the state of Colorado, BIG no-no to iggy someone's DNR), but the Chief still decides to recuss her.
In the other bay, bus crash guy crashes.

She floats towards the lift.
