Why's he not living with them and why shouldn't Zeinab be speaking to him?

Haven't got a clue! Some sort of family feud in the past I think.

HeadFairy · 24/04/2009 20:09

That's what I thought, but they've never said what.

Wasn't he stealing money from them before or something?

bluebump · 24/04/2009 20:11

Haha yes, they just said so that second!

HeadFairy · 24/04/2009 20:11

Oh I think that's what they've just intimated. So that was it? It would take much more than that for me to turn my back on ds...

Syed soon confesses that he has no job, home or money. Syed was trying to con money from them again!

HeadFairy · 24/04/2009 20:23

I thought that apartment was suspicious... no personal effects, I thought it was borrowed or rented or something.

I think he stole a lot of money from the family business and then disappeared. Masoud took the blame to spare DW's feelings. He recently told her the truth after one of the other DCs got emails from estranged son.

HeadFairy · 24/04/2009 20:26

Cheers for that Portofino. It's all becoming clearer

madlentileater · 24/04/2009 20:28

cat's out of the bag now!

Portofino · 24/04/2009 20:29

I think that is why Zeinab always treated Masoud so badly. She thought it was him that had "ruined" them, when really it was the son.

HeadFairy · 24/04/2009 20:37

What a frightful old pickle they've got themselves in to

OP posts:
hf128219 · 24/04/2009 20:38

I just hope they are not going to draaaaaag the story out.

Portofino · 24/04/2009 20:47

Bound to sadly. I rarely watch it anymore. I have done since it very first started, but i find it more annoying now than entertaining.

HeadFairy · 24/04/2009 20:50

Well they've kept all this syed storyline bubbling under for ages, so they're bound to stretch it out a few more months. Anyone would think the scriptwriters were running out of ideas... can't Ian have another improbable affair? At least that's more entertaining.

OP posts:
Portofino · 24/04/2009 20:52

I swear Ian would never get to shag THAT amount of attractive women in real life. He's quite difficult most of the time too. Likewise Phil Mitchell, the birds are falling all over him.

HeadFairy · 24/04/2009 20:54

Maybe their reputation goes before them and word has got round they're hung like donkeys

OP posts:
Portofino · 24/04/2009 21:14

I'm pretty sure Phil is! But even attempting to imagine Ian's willy.....well ewwwww. How could Jane/Cindy/Melanie/etc etc touch it?

HeadFairy · 24/04/2009 21:16

Worse than that Portofino, can you imagine kissing him? I imagine he's all slobbery and a bit over keen, like a cross between a labrador and a teenaged boy

OP posts:
Portofino · 24/04/2009 21:46

Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!

hf128219 · 24/04/2009 21:46

Oh No not Phil - every time I hear his voice I think of him wearing his pantomine wig when he was out Dogging in Epping Forest.

HeadFairy · 24/04/2009 21:48

PMSL hf!!!

OP posts:
Numberfour · 25/04/2009 18:08

PMSL!! phil really is a good drunk, very plausible.

hf128219 · 25/04/2009 19:22

Even more so when he had Shirley's lipstick on his cheeks. Did Captain Hook have rosy cheeks?
