ER - I've just watched the last episode, no spoilers, just a sob-fest

I am going to miss this show

So how many more episodes are there to go? I've just seen last weeks, the one with the old couple that have been married/divorced 3 times? I heard rumours that lots of old characters were going to be appearing - Alex Kingston was week before, any more to show up or are they all in last one (without naming names)?

DH and I watched it yesterday, we're going to miss it too! I think we might start watching it from the beginning again. Can't really say who else is in it if you don't want spoilers! But yes there are quite a few old characters in the last 6 or so episodes, not just the last one. It was brilliantly done.
