Wedding bells in Balamory?

Well, well, well! Fresh back from his trip to Venice to visit his - ahem - policeman chum. I note that PC Plum has been spending more time than usual with that slut Miss Hoolie. By the way - she was also the only person to get a postcard from Plummy while he was away.
He'd not been back 5 mins before he was hotfooting it to Glasgow to appear in that "Do the Job" programme. Not before he enlisted my help to train them all in teamwork (easy once I'd pried the cooking sherry from that old lush Suzie Sweet). But - what do I find after all my hard work - am I invited to join them on their jolly jape - no I am not. Instead that Miss Hoolie was there simpering in the audience and applauding with fluttering eyelashes when he did the ballet. Oh yes - she's a slut that one. Watch this space for wedding bells.

Don't tell anyone tho - Balamory and Summerisle are real dontcha know

She was a lowly villager by the way, not one of the main parts so difficult to spot.

I have it on video somewhere

flamesparrow · 08/04/2005 11:29

Been on IMDB and she has had some high profile roles... as well as "villager on summerisle" she is also "mother on beach" in one thing, and "local resident" in another

The rudeness!!!

I managed to find a site where you can look up actresses by name and it tells you what they have been lacking clothes in!!!

SaintGeorge · 08/04/2005 12:02

That's the one I found flame - not clicking on Pamina3's link though, might actually be the scary picture itself!

Phew - thought for a sec I might have encouraged you to post porno pics of Edie.

Oh the shame the shame .

flamesparrow · 08/04/2005 12:09

Tis ok... even though I was frightening enough to click on the link to the film (cos I am twisted like that and can't resist a good horror)... the edie link says picture coming soon!

Right I just caught the end of Balamory to see Miss Hoolie getting kissed from Plummy whilst wearing a cream dress and holding a bouquet. Did they get married? Is it a marriage to make people think that he isn't the leader of the Balamory gay society. Whose house will they live in? Will she get her own cell in the police station?

serenity · 08/04/2005 16:40

No, she was bridesmaid and caught the bouquet and demanded a snog from the 'best' man.

He did sort of propose earlier though........

very disturbing episode I must say!

BigGayDad · 08/04/2005 22:14

We have had clues that strange things are going on in Balamory before here

coppertop · 08/04/2005 22:16

Am I the only one who thought that Roddy and Katy McCloud were already married?? I'm sure Miss Hoolie always called her Katy McCloud.

Couldn't PC Plum find himself a suit? I'm sure he must be sewn into that uniform of his.

purpleturtle · 08/04/2005 22:22

And what was Edie thinking, going to a wedding in her uniform?

BigGayDad · 08/04/2005 23:51

She was called Katy MacCloud before she got married, but it is a small island with a small gene pool and they live by different rules there. And they couldn't understand why a certain plotline in Brookside was sooo shocking

JoolsToo · 08/04/2005 23:53

what's the story?

BigGayDad · 08/04/2005 23:55

Shall we say they are ...um...keeping it in the family.

coppertop · 08/04/2005 23:58

And there was I, innocently wondering whether McCloud was the Balamory equivalent of the surname Smith....
