how to watch lost season 5 online for free without having to download dodgey things?

am a desperate fan with no access to to sky channels, last year i found a couple of sites to watch it on but now these all seem to have this 'ZANGO' program which you have to download before watching. am scared to do this as my virus scanner does not like it. can any one help?

Sorry missymum I haven't a clue about downloading but I think someone mentioned on the other thread about itunes and there is also a link to another site where someone else watched it

although it works better using internet explorer rather that firefox, i used this site to watch season 4 last year and has no problems with any viruses.

yeah, there is a 72 min limit, then you have to wait 45 mins or something stupid.
