American drama series - I always miss them! Help me out, please...

I always seem to miss the boat - and I hate to start a series half way through.

So far I have successfully BT Visioned Gossip Girl , Brothers & Sisters and Mad Men (although I missed Season 1, surprise surprise).

Is there anything else I'm just about to miss?

I think I'm too late to catch up on Lost - only watched the first 2 series.

I'll program in Damages but I hate to start halfway through (even if it is the start of a new series)! Going to try and read up on the Mad Men first series prior to watching Season 2...

Aaargh when does Man Men season 2 start?

Oh, I seem to have taped Mad Men Series 1 episodes 9-11 thinking that it was Series 2. Sorry for the panic policywonk

Only terrestrial and Freeview here though. Maybe only missing the first 8 episodes of Mad Men means I'll be able to catch up before the start of Series 2 (that's if I catch the start of Series 2, of course! there never seems to be any advertising..)

I do know it's coming back on bbc3 - just no idea when..

Hab - Dh and I are halfway through the first series of The Wire. It's AMAZING!. We've got six episodes to watch. Dh said last night "we'll finish it this weekend" [sad gits emoticon]

New series of Grey's Anatomy started this week - it is fab!
