So, to spoil or not to spoil. Did Ruby die? I just know she's up to no good. Presumably Sam killing Lilith if Ruby is so desperate for it is actually ironically no good thing. Oh I get it, she's a bloody seal isn't she? Ruby's trying to get Sam to break a seal. That's why he's part demon, to free Lucifer. Oh I think I just clicked. Am I near right? Bet I'm wrong.

I'll share Misha with strange. I like the cut of her jib, we'll work something out. You'll need your webcam though serenity if she's going to teach me how her dirty mind works properly.

What's happening there then? Angel blood yes? For what purpose? Is Castiel disobeying? I do hope so. If I peruse the Groped by an Angel stuff now am I going to be horribly spoiled?

I've had a bath and am further convinced. This is why the yellow eyed demon keeps cropping up still isn't it? Azazel's purpose in tainting Sam was all leading to this wasn't it? Only one of those children could kill Lilith and thereby break the seal? I'm going to cry if I'm wrong, DH is slightly frightened that I always seem to second guess what's coming. Oh it's got to be, surely.

Lilith was a bit odd. Very striking but oddly mannered. Quite unsettling.

I hope it's Dean that kills traitor Ruby. I absolutely insist she's up to no good. Sam won't kill her. He's right where she wants him. I tell you, she's a wrong 'un.

Libraries are hotbeds of filth. My first job as an academic librarian gave me a key to the 'special collections archive'. Porn mainly, fetishistic, archaic porn. Niche stuff. Of great academic importance I'm sure.

You shouldn't get spoiled on Groped by an Angel, they're quite hot on keeping stuff like that under an LJ cut. There's a few pieces of rather awesome fic that you're going to have to wait for. Good thing about waiting is that you can check for recced fics rather than wade through the huge amount of fic written by newbies that's appeared due to the finale. There were three particular bits that apparently converted many many bad writers to Dean/Castiel. I'm very lazy I admit, I read stuff from known writers or wait until someone else raves about it (so much stuff, too little time!)

serenity, how do you avoid the utter shite fic of a lesser calibre? I keep wading through reams of rubbish just to find one excellent one. I find LJ so hard to navigate I just end up reading everything written by anybody good I've stumbled upon. Then it's back to 'cas your so pritty, I like you're coat'(sic) crap.

If I do go on a reading spree into unknown waters then I'm just harsh - if it's annoying me or not my cup of tea after a paragraph then I'll just leave it.

The spnnewsletter is a good start (not just Dean/Castiel though) It lists all the recent fics, and rec posts and can be easier to see than just trawling through the comm.

For general SPN fic (remember, I was a filthy wincester before Cas's arrival) I go on spnstoryfinders You still get some crap linked on there (everyone has different tastes) but you're more likely to find reasonable stuff, really bad stuff doesn't get remembered or recced. More and more people are asking for Dean/Cas so it's not all freaky mpreg rps

Wonder why it's not on next week? I'd happily share my episodes with you, if there was a sensible way of doing it.

My reputation is such, that my sister (the one who's being dragged to Asylum with me) actually took a picture of the article with her phone and text it to me. Apparently they've started mentioning Supernatural in there - must be a fan on the staff!
