Why is Tanya taking the blame? Surely lauren won't be charged as she is a minor?

I would like to know how Lauren managed to drive the car, I would have stalled it immediately at her age.

It was a bit bleedin' obvious it was Lauren imho.

She could be charged couldn't she? She's not under ten or anything.

She could get off under a technicality that she didn't mean to do it, the car just went out of control as she was innocently sitting behind the wheel!

would she still be charged if Max said he didn't want to press charges? or would the police persue it on his behalf? i am surprised she has let her mum go to prison for her tbh... poor neglected oscar!!
