bumping this, does anyone know what the story is?

Basically in a nutshell:

Steve managed to get to court to testify for Becky. Started saying to judge what a top bird she was etc etc.He is her alibi for when she went nuts and trashed t' steet. (Although he is lying!!)

Deidre's mum (the old bat) turned up to watch/have a nosy in the court room (after over hearing Becky ordering cab to courthouse) and is now black mailing Steve for free drinks at bar. Because he swore under oath/lied to Michelle.

Then Steve realised everything he said to judge he really meant "Sweet girl" etc

and him and Becky shagged in a hotel room (seedy or what!!)

Obviously Michelle knows knowt!!

If it doesn't make sense... ignore...have have a few wines

i do think they'll be a great couple, though. but i don't like to see him do the dirty on someone as that seems out of character with 'new, family steve'.

I don't blame him really, Michelle (and her family) is a bit heavy going though isn't she? She always seems to have a little rain cloud following her about.

I want Steve and Becky ot get together.
Can I just ask a question about Michelle where is her real son he is never around anymore or mentioned and he wasn't at the party last night or Liams funeral and you would have thought he would have been at the funeral at least [saddo emoticon].

I know! After all the palavar about him and the other one that seemed to go on and on he's done a Corrie kid vanishing act.

Have you noticed that about Corrie kids? They vanish off the scene (sometimes for years) and you wonder who on earth is looking after them cos everyone is always in the pub.

Then they get wheeled back out when someone wants to labour a point about being a parent.

I love becky as well she is a great Character shocked at Steve though

she'll be up in her bedroom listenng to her tapes! At least thats what her mum used to do and she came down every few years and was played by a different actress!

Who could blame her and her raincloud - what with Dean, the mixed up sons, and the brothers. poor Michelle, and yet she keeps her hair so nice throughout!

was wondering where the other son was the other day but hoped he was 'listening to music' quite a far fetched laboured storyline i thought..

becky is fun and shteve's face lit up when she came into the bar, it was quite touching in a sappy soapy way...
he is hardly conventional dad though not as bad as peter barlow trying to auction off his offspring after a jar or two t'other week..
