Spooks (SPOILER): Adam and Roz

so unfair, she caused him to delay a few vital seconds.

Adam was wonderful and he had a little boy

(spooks - just TV - in case you were wondering).

FGS - how am I meant to know that people may not have watched it yet, it has been on.

If you went on any website, BBC etc, it would say.

I understand (now) that I should have just put Spooks in the title. I am genuinely sorry to have ruined it for everyone but I dont have sky or recording facilities so naively assumed everyone would have seen it.

Its only a programme. I don't think you need to be quite so nasty about it.

Even before watching it I was told he had died, the rumour was everywhere anyway. Hardly spoilt the story line?
Anyway will have mumsnet remove the post but not sure how.

Echo the spoiler thing though - we usually catch up on TV at the weekend (after recording it on VIDEO, it's not all sky+ you know), but kids were out for night so we watched it live, so to speak. I would have been mighty pissed off if I hadn't watched it and you gave this away.

I prefer not to know what's going to happen in a show before I've watched so don't go onto TV related websites.

Think you're all getting a bit over the top re: the spoiler thing. It's only a TV progamme afterall. I love Spooks but I certainly wouldn't get angry about being told a plot line before I saw that episode. Life is too short.

As for Roz V Adam. well, Adam is lovely eye candy but fairly one dimensional. I lurve Roz as she is tough as nails on the outside, dying on the inside and can kick Russian butt (or was that too much info too? ). She is sooo cool.

However, RPJ has a starring role in 'The 39 Steps' on Boxing Day and a thriller called 'Whitechapel' v soon, so all is not lost ladies!

Pamelat - don't feel so bad, I would have done the same as you. Obviously Spooks means alot to some people!

And yes, I would have kept Adam and binned ANYONE else (except Harry!) 'cos Adam is gorgeous. (was - boooo)

Everyone, its now been moved to telly addicts and mumsnet have kindly changed the title for me.

I do like Roz. I like that she can tackle and bring down men physically!

I just think that it was unfair of her to stop Adam (when he was about to drive the car off) as she lost him vital seconds.

He could have survived. Maybe she could have offered to drive it off, she doesnt have a child dependent on her .... ?? (

Roz delaying Adam for a few secs would not have made any difference. He wouldnt have been able to run fast enough to get away from the exploding car.

I shall miss my dear Adam, not keen on Lucas. However, I am glad Roz is back - she's so cold and hard, like a proper spy.

Having seen it, she didn't actually put anything in the title that told you what happened. If you watch the show then you know there is something between them anyway, it could have been anything to do with the 2 of them, what's the problem.
I myself was properly gutted about it. I mean they have brought insome more eye candy RA is quite nice, but RPJ was rather nice to watch.

I can't quite remember. Did I put something like AIBU to wish that it was Roz rather than Adam, or did I put AIBU to wish Roz had died instead? Something like that so probably would have ruinded it for anyone who had taped it.

Although to be honest, at that point (and neither now?) do we actually know Adam has died - it was my assumption. I hope I am wrong but I can't see how he would have survived really?

Oh no, never mind DH knew as he'd heard it on the radio on tuesday. We had +'d it and watched it tue night and he never dropped a hint. Which was nice of him cos after avoiding every single possible hint of spoilers with the last Harry Potter book, I then let slip while I was reading it and ruined it for him.

Have only just seen Episode 1 on i-player. And all I want to know is how did Guy of Gisborne become a spook? And how on earth can I take him seriously?
