Yes Zaf was definitely dead (body towards the end of the series) He was captured by the same group who kidnapped Jo and Adam (red backs?)- was tortured to death for information (yuck). Hence Jo wanted to be killed by Adam so she wouldn't have to go through it. Not nice.

Hermione Norris was pregnant in the last series - hence the ridiculous bit about her character faking her own death so she could go and give birth !

thanks whatever, we're currently watching series 6 but only have 2 episodes to go. I think Zaf's body turns up in th e2nd last episode.

I only got into Spooks at the very end of the last series so we've been watching from series 1 since last Christmas!! After 10 years of marriage we found something that we both like to watch on TV! Really looking forward to watching Series 7 together!

it wasn't Ros or Jo who were pregnant it was the iranian diplomats wife who adam was sleeping wiht who then tried to kill him and they smuggled her and the diplomay to canada before adam found out about hte baby .. i htink that was what happened anyway...i usually just watch to drool over RPJ, though Hermoinie was preggers in rl

mummydoc, i meant pregnant in RL. As you say the only preg person in the series was Anna the diplomat's wife.

whatever, it's OK, i started watching (for the first time ever!) towards the end of the last series so have seen the end - hence question of whether Jo is dead?!. I then went back to the very beginning and have been watching all year (sad!) and will finish tonight probably!

I'd forgotten about the diplomats wife too, her hubby died did he not? Or am I imagining things, again, same as Minniemummy I was in my 1st Trimester when it was on last year and abit brain dead!!!! (not that much has changed now! )

I can't wait for this. I've never watched Spooks before, but Richard Armitage is gorgeous. My DVD of North & South is almost worn out I've watched it so many times.
