I'm probably a sour puss but I find the family cooking couple's concept most irritating - I get unreasonably wound up by descriptions like cheesy frisbees or whatever child friendly names they choose - I think children should just have proper food same as the adults but on a smaller plate [stomps off peevishly]

I always prefered DS to have a small version of adult meal or another plate and share mine when he was little

O.k. only saw a clip.
But one of the men is clearly gay. No problem. Just mentioning it.
One of the restaurants, a couple waited and hour and 3/4, then got cold pasta.
One restaurant, they were taking orders. Then the chef said, no, I've only got 2 left. I have worked in pubs/restuarants/hotels all my life and I tell you, thats ricky-doo-dilous. Chef takes control. Tells staff, I only have 5. They only take orders for 5. THATS how it works.

BUT at the end, adding up how much people were preapred to pay. Some customers/punters were only prepared to pay £1 or £2

WHAT - I don't care how long you had to wait, or how small your summer fruits pudding/scallops were compared to the person sitting next to you.
You can't even get a packet of crisps for £1
To give someoen £1 is a TOTAL OUTRAGE
