why do people always say running a restaurant is harder than it looks.

with my limited knowledge of restaurants and chefs, it looks bloody hard!

its looks like you need a lot of passion, drive and loads of energy.

also, quite a lot of know-how, with food, the public and marketing.

i got the impression that they weren't really that enthusatist about it. i think maybe it was to much of a commitment for them.

just my opinion. i'm sure the program is heavily edited though.

So - which pair got the push - the air stewards or the lovey dovey couple? Looks like father & daughter stayed. Forgot to record programme and iplayer doesn't work for me as VPN shows I'm in US but actually based in UK .

altho loved up duo irritate me too, their food was excellent.

Think the woman in the lovey couple went a bit wrong charging up to people grinning and squealing "have you got a cheerful soul? You look like you have"
I know it's the name of their restaurant but she came across like she was advertising a religious cult
