I thought that the standard was really low. fine dining closet gayers do not have a hope because if Ray blanc is going to put his name to a FD restaurant it will ONLY be if he has trained the chef from birth. So imo they have been kept in for comedy televisual value.

Loved up couple, although puke inducing, I reckon they will do ok as they are experienced in food business and already work together so they have an advantage on the others.
The trolly dollies, hmm actually I think they might be a bit better than they came accross on the first prog.
The couple whose bloke was a senior manager in TGIFridasy or whatever could do quite well because he is well conversed in running a restauarant business so may well be able to apply it to his own.
There was another couple who I can't remember at all, so I don't know what that says about them.
All in all it is great TV
