Teletubbies and Carrie & David's Popshop - I don't get it!?!

Why do they show the TV bit on the Teletubbies tummy twice during the same programme?? And....why does Carrie wear the same pink shirt on [what seems like] every episode?!

I don't get it!?!

Children like repetition (I can attest to that from the fact I have sat through the 'Milo's Rocket' song from Monday's Tweenies conservatively 15 times this week ). What we used to do when ds was littler was edit out the repeated segment but now we just use it as an excuse to go and do something else!

Presenters of shows (as opposed to the in between presenters like Sid and Andy) always wear the same clothes so they can reuse segments (watch Balamory for a masterclass in this, I reckon half of each show is just pre-recorded sameness).

One exception to this is, I think, Tikkabilla.

And on that note it is quite clear that not only is ds watching too much CBeebies, I am too!

Ahhh!! That makes sense tribpot re: reusing segments! Hadn't noticed the other programmes but am sure that David [from Popshop] changes his shirt?!

I also seem to be mainly watching Cbeebies at the mo!
