so am fed up waiting on Greys Anatomy to come back but apparently she of the red hair (Addison) and frankly far too pretty, has been given her own spin off starting tonight at 10pm

I shall be watching it to try to get a Grey's fix!!

Really? She has cut her hair on this series, and it looks a lot nicer, but she is not getting the same amount of exposure as on the last series.

...perhaps I'm paying too much notice, must get out more...

The only reason to watch GA is Sandra Oh, who is awesome, but they even fucked her over in the latest season. Worst writing ever.

DarrellRivers · 17/07/2008 11:30

God this was crap crap crap.
It made GA look like "The English Patient"
And I also thought the last episode of GA was yawningly boring boring boring
they were all looking up their own arses
Exactly expat, her brain just switched back on after practicaly weeks of CPR

Meredith has turned into a drip and I want to slap Izzy

foxymolly · 17/07/2008 11:38

I hate Meredith, bad actress and crap wriitng for her as well.
Every thing she says is so surreal, nobody speaks like that in RL.

expatinscotland · 17/07/2008 12:55

And that tranny-looking chica George married. Eeewww. I've met doors that less wooden.

Another dull story line.

Izzy could use a could slap and so could Meredith, despite her obviously delicate condition from which she emerged completely unscathed. Surprising lack of tubes hanging out of her and I've never seen such a HUGE ICU berth.

Wow. When my dad was in ICU after his heart attack, he was in no real mood to talk, and it was dead crowded and noisy in there. There wasn't any room for my mother to slip in next to him for a nap.

DarrellRivers · 17/07/2008 15:20

When I've been in a hopsital bed there has been not enough room for me , let alone adding a partner.
Plus the rubber covered mattress and pillows adding a very atmospheric crinkle to every move that you make.
Plus everything hurts, so you probably wouldn't want any one in bed with you anyway even if they could fit

expatinscotland · 17/07/2008 16:00

i brought DDs in the bed with me because i was sick of having to keep getting up to pick them up out of their cots every time they started crying, which was all night, but that meant i had to lie on my side, which was so comfy after having given birth.

then the midwives chewed me out for having them in bed with me.

WTF? either room them in or don't.
